Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days after receiving their order if:

The product received is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be included
Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used products
Products damaged by customer misuse
Items without original packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds may be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit depending on the payment method
